I think I pissed off my manager. Help!

I sent an email to HR regarding a missing payment in June. Manager calls me on my day off just to ask me why I went to HR instead of directly to him. He posted the schedule a few hours later and I’m not scheduled for any shifts. I don’t understand why I’m not scheduled for any shifts cause we’re short staffed. Also he scheduled the receptionist, who worked in my department last year, to workin my department. Mind you, she has to complete her duties as a receptionist so she can’t put her full attention. The last time someone pissed him off, he never scheduled him for a shift again. He still works there but has no hours. I’m afraid that he won’t ever schedule me for a shift again. I won’t quit cause I need unemployment benefits. Does anyone know how many weeks of no hours should I start applying?
