Microsoft Teams – Prevent Status „absent“

How do I prevent my status in MS Teams from automatically changing to absent after 5 minutes? It's incredibly annoying that even when you're working, it looks like you're absent (unless you completely open Teams from minimized mode every few minutes). Option 1: Mouse Mover – unusable, as the mouse cannot be operated reasonably. Option 2: Status Holder – no idea if this is any good? The status should be permanently on present, but when I close my laptop, on absent. Otherwise it is conspicuous in the break, etc. that I am never absent. Option 3: Call yourself and manually set the status to present, then it apparently remains so – much too time-consuming, especially if you have real meetings in between. Other options and opinions?
