Asking for a non reditor. The issue is as follows. Working in England part-time for well over 10yrs. The new office manager changed the hours- no biggie. However said office manger insists they stay until the owners leave. This is anything between 15to 30 minutes after their hours. It's not paid and she expects them to carry on working. I kind of sure they have to be paid but just want to make sure.
