I had a silly little interviewer once
For context, this was for a finance role
He asked me “how would you deal with a challenging person who thinks they are always right”
So dealing with assholes was a part of the job spec??
What a stupid question
After which I answered , silly little interviewer pulled a straight face
After interview finished, he fucked off and didn’t even give me a response
What was I supposed to do? Dealing with assholes isn’t my forte , I went to school to study finance … how is it my job to deal with clowns .
