Beginning to hate the job I love.

Let me start by stating I work automotive. A field where it's rare to find good employer's that take care of the employees. I work for an owner that I respect, (small town owner does ground level work). Recently, we hired another tire tech. This person is the bane of a good workplace. Argumentative, cuts corners, makes too many mistakes. Always claims their way of doing things is correct, and that I need to stop bothering them. I'm the lead tire tech. However, the bad part is, no one in management is taking the complaints on this person seriously. The person never torqued lug nuts several times, when confronted, they said their impact was enough. They are lucky a wheel hasn't fallen off, or a tire blown out due to the many mistakes. I'm thinking of quitting due to this, as the lead tech, mistakes rebound to me. Sorry if…
