Read some cheesy farewell posts by colleagues who resigned. I never had the courage to post anything like that. I just couldn't bring myself to sing praises after what I experienced in my ex-company.
Read another post by a senior colleague. Apparently, the company has won something like a best place to work or best employer award. They must be kidding me. The management lies and disregards opinions of employees. Other departments are equally toxic. Lack of transparency and reluctance to promote talent are some of the many issues.
I only use LinkedIn for my job hunt. I need to remind myself not to check my feed. Bleh.
