Need advice: writing

I’m thinking about writing a book about my experience working customer service. I’ve worked at gas stations for YEARS and I’ve seen some shit… literally and figuratively. I’ve also seen drunk people, drug addicts, homeless people, illegal immigrants… The list can go on. But I want to write a book so people who’ve never worked customer service understand what we go through on a daily basis – and so that other customer service people know that they’re not alone, and that we deserve better treatment. What do you guys think? Would you read this book? Should it be more of a reflection book, or should I make a story to go with it?
