Social justice is more important than math.
Math is a social construct created by white men to push white supremacy on the rest of the world. It is an attempt to quantize and objectify “truth” which erases the lived experience of non-white people in particular. 1 + 1 = 2 has not made the world a better place, but teaching children the realities of white supremacy, internalized misogyny/racism, and how to express themselves with gender/identity politics is the true path to a better and more inclusive world. Math oppresses the creative mind and the very nature of peoplekind.
