I am currently working with what i suspect is a narcissist boss. He was likeable at first and helped me climb the ladder once. I am noticing it is all to his benefit, he is a bully, selfish, has no consideration for others, and is never wrong.
I work closely with his direct boss and while I love working with her, I can’t stand i report to him. It has become a nightmare to work with him. Every single person dislikes him and have left because of him. Don’t know why his boss likes him so much, and she is the complete opposite. I feel like he will always win and im miserable now.
