I finally resigned from this hell hole last week, no regrets. My former “boss” is now the only person left from the department, and, they just cannot find someone for the role I resigned from.
About 7 people have resigned from this department because of her in the last 3 years. Upper management doesn’t care, she’s been spoken to about her behavior multiple
Times. The irony of all this is that she sued her former employer for “emotional distress”.
I’m happy I don’t have to see her face ever again.
