We, the American people, are out here fighting for our lives against inflation (gas, food, etc), unnecessarily high rents and/or property taxes, while corporations and Boomers are screaming “nO oNe wAnTs tO wOrK”! Yet, we encounter things like this when applying for jobs. Some questions are understandable. But asking what keeps me motivated to work? Um, I don’t want to be homeless…or hungry. But let me jump through these hoops so I can make rent.
