I live in EU, but always worked internationally across EU/UK and with the US market. In the past year, I think the IT industry has reached its new low. Lots of layoffs, very competitive and mostly it turned into an “employer market” because of the huge pool of talents around (yes, the same one who were laid off). What is your view? I have more than 10 years of experience in very sought after tech stacks and industries and I struggle to even land an interview. Thanks
