I've sadly learned that this is a big lie among corps. You come in at a job where they “facilitate growth and help you with your ambition”, but they will never truly help you. Because it's “a future plan” and “you still have lots to learn in the meantime”.
I didn't sign up for soul sucking data entry but here we are, getting along with my network and job offer offices to find something else. Go for what you want or stay a while to get the competences needed for what you want to do in a job, but don't expect much of growth opportunities in job ads.
