Kinda predicted this would happen cause his wife has been extremely bitchy + mean.
TLDR There was lots of miscommunication & mismanagement (by the wife btw) that was solvable but by the end of the day, I was to be blamed instead of her. I was even called on even after working hours & was left unpaid + getting mean messages as to how I didn't even know how to work properly. I've been diligently working my a$$ off building the company. The only thing I asked was WFH (I didn't even ask for a salary increment) only they gave feedback about my past mistakes & that I didn't deserve it.
Right after I was providing my feedback & solutions on how to help the company strive – they put up a new job post to replace me & told me that maybe this job or any job was not for me at all.
Honestly, maybe this company isn't for me at all but sometimes all I asked was a little appreciation only to be slapped in the face telling me I am never good enough for any company.
Maybe this is just me being emotional but I love my colleagues & respected my boss only to be met with such disappointment from a person I used to look up to all because of nepotism.
Or call me ignorant for always looking only at the good side of people & just hoping for the best.
