Hi everyone! I'm here to gather some opinions. I'm 26, and it's been 6 years that I work at Sales in the same enterprise. I'm someone that it's really methodical and technical, I did my Professional Formation In this enterprise and I learned all the rules, the protocols and concept, the correct ways to do and also and incorrect ways to do. Today I see my TeamLeaders and Managers (that never worked directly at Sales, or they did in other enterprises) taking a lot of actions against those same rules, protocols and concepts. And it's super infuriating because I know that those actions they will have a f#cked up result in long term and then its me and my team who will need to take care of. And when I try to reason with TeamLeader he tells me that's how the Managers want to do and the end.
I know no one can do something about it! It's just that's it's really annoying watching my work/department/team f#cked up because of dumb people. Also because I always put a lot of effort in what I do, sadly I look at this company like if it was my own, even if I know that i will never be the CEO of this multinational.
