Former employer won’t give paystubs, can’t file for unemployment

At the end of August I put in my two weeks at the spot I was at, 2 shifts into my notice they told me I didn’t need to finish out the remaining shifts and told me to collect my last check. Shortly after I tried to apply for unemployment (wasn’t going to initially but I was informed of a behind the scenes meeting where the owner/gm wanted me gone immediately so fuck them), but my account with all my pay stubs was deactivated. I requested my pay stubs and it’s been two weeks and they still haven’t gotten them to me. At this point I highly doubt they’ll get them to me. How am I supposed to file for unemployment at this point if I can’t report the gross pay? What the hell can I do?
