My sister loves the work she does but is being suffocated by her institution. Her job/office is working to end SA/DV and support suvivors at the institution. No one else seems to care expect her small office and others make her work almost impossible to do.
She did get another job in the field but is sad she was forced to leave her soon to be old job that she moved states for.
So… I baked her a vegan cake! If you're leaving your job too we'll save a slice for you
