Understaffed. Skeleton crews. Anyone else work in stormwater maintenance or landscaping stormwater ponds and swales experiencing this?

I work for a company that maintains and inspects stormwater assets in the USA. Over the past few years crew sizes have been whittled down and workloads have been steadily inflating. Is anyone else in this field experiencing ridiculous workloads, travel times, and being understaffed?
