The past two weeks I’ve been contacted about a few remote roles from Microsoft. This has come as a welcomed shock given they spent over a billion dollars on their new campus prior to the pandemic. Of all the companies that would go back to remote contracts, Microsoft wasn’t on my list. But here we are.
Curious for those in the tech industry seeking new roles – what companies are you seeing an uptick in remote positions?
Is this an early sign the industry is going to have to flex on their requirements to return to the office? Is this a sign remote is here to stay? I don’t know but I’m more hopeful now than I was a few weeks ago.
