Workplace accommodation might be denied?

Hello, I had a child earlier this year, and am working from home. I have several ongoing health issues from pregnancy and childbirth, including PPA/PPD and stress incontinence from a prolapsed bladder. My company decided to return to work in person. I submitted the necessary forms, but when talking to HR today she said that only 4/520 were granted to work from home. The rest were offered an in office accommodation, like someone with incontinence given a desk closer to the bathroom. If my request is denied, what is the next best step? Do I report it to my state? Do I get an attorney? Would the reasons listed and their suggested accommodation be reasonable? I’m confused how peeing or pooping my pants closer to a restroom after sneezing is reasonable? Less people walk by? Also, we sit with our team, so my whole team would either need to move…

Hello,

I had a child earlier this year, and am working from home.

Also, we sit with our team, so my whole team would either need to move for me, or wonder why I’m not sitting with them.

Any insight would be appreciated!
