I had an existing HR claim against my direct supervisor for harassment and I won. She was given a formal warning as a result of the investigation.
So I was on a sick leave (with a valid med cert) for 1 day. My boss asked our team where I usually hangout/drink/eat.
She went to a restaurant near my apartment where I was seen eating. She took a picture of me and file “malingering” against me.
I was on rest for hyperacidity and decided to grab a quick bite.
Can that be considered retaliation or stalking? Thanks!
