I was a manager of a floral shop, and I absolutely loved it. I was very good at it. I thought I had a great relationship with my employees. I got pulled into a meeting on Friday with the owner and told that almost all of the employees had gone to him with complaints. He read the list of complaints and 99% of them were lies and the other one percent was twisted to make it look bad. I knew it was going to keep happening so I quit. That place has gone through four managers in a year all because of the employees but the owner chooses them over the managers every time. I really thought I had found my forever place this time but I guess I’m still looking.
