Seeking Advice on Exiting My Job Without Losing Benefits

I (32 F) work in customer support at a well-known fintech company so this is an obv throwaway account. So. I used to love my job and my performance has been consistently perceived as excellent. The thing is, as a “reward,” I was promoted to a higher-responsibility role with the same salary. To put a cherry on the top they also constantly schedule me to the night shift, which is taking a toll on my health due to a health condition (I'm currently in the process of getting a medical report to address this issue). Here's the dilemma: I want to leave this job, as I no longer see any growth opportunities or feel adequately compensated for the damage it's causing. I've even tried intentionally lowering my performance, but I recently found out that I had one of the best results in the entire team. I admit the tasks in this job are relatively easy for me.

Please reddit help me: how can I gracefully let this job go without forfeiting my insurance benefits and rights? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
