Manager laughed at me when I got tasked with more things to do. She is burdening me with managerial tasks already, only been here for 2 weeks. Should I just leave?

Been at this company for 2 weeks. When I first met the Manager for the interview and before starting my first shift, she seemed nice and I felt like we could get along well. But since then, I have started to hate her more and more. We don't talk to each other anymore. She seems plain evil. If I had knew she was like this, I'd never have come here in the first place. So I had 4 pallets of Christmas stock to take out of the boxes and put inside the stock room ready for Christmas displays in the shop floor. I thought I had completed them all, it took me almost 3 hours to complete and she goes and pulls another 5 more pallets that were hidden away. So I had 4 pallets of Christmas stock to take out of the boxes and put inside the stock room ready for Christmas displays in the shop floor. I thought I had completed them all, it took me almost 3 hours to complete and she goes and pulls another 5 more pallets that were hidden away. Laughs at me and then goes, leaving me here feeling humiliated.

Like I said I have only been here for 2 weeks and now she has started burdening me with managerial tasks like scanning gaps, scanning low filled stock, taking deliveries, recording current stock counts, counting cash in morning and locking up cash in the safe for end of day. Does this sound ridiculous or what? Her excuse was “because I work full time”.

She takes me to her office and lectures me about how stock is in the wrong place, you are not doing these complex managerial level tasks properly.

I get no training, nobody to teach and show me practically. They just verbally say it and expect me to know what to do. She looks annoyed if I ask her a single question.

And to top it off, all she does is sits there on her phone chatting in her office for 2 hours. Walks around the shop floor for a bit then goes home like 4 hours early while self clocking herself out at the normal shift end time.

Should I just leave? If yes, should I tell her or just not show up anymore? It was a company I really wanted to work at.
