Creepy Manager

So I work in a fairly small security guarding company. My new boss and old boss from the previous job are best friends and so he requested him to hire me (because he recently went bankrupt and felt guilty) and train me for this role. It’s a new position for me so I get to do a bit of HR, bit of accounts, bit of admin, basically a little bit of everything as they cannot afford a separate person for each and everything. The work is mostly divided between me and my new manager, let’s call him “Derp”. Me, Derp and my new boss are south Asian (it’s relevant, trust me). My boss can’t function without Derp, as he’s been working for him since 15 years and handles all his shady dealings for him. He recently set up my desk right opposite to his and constantly keeps staring from time…

He recently set up my desk right opposite to his and constantly keeps staring from time to time. Initially I kept thinking that maybe I must be overthinking it, but when I catch him staring, instead of looking away he doubles down on his stare. I feel so sick and uncomfortable and I pretend as though I don’t notice him looking my way. Sometimes calls me to his desks and stares at me from head to
Toe and NEVER misses to take a peek into my blouse. He’s twice my age btw.

Yesterday, he told me he’s looking for a house to buy and asked me to move in with him when he gets one. Keep in mind, he IS HR and management, so there is no one for me to turn to. My boss would rather side with him than me (being a traditional south Asian male).

Another thing I’ve noticed ever since I’ve joined, since I’m the only south Asian lady working there, my manager and boss demand me to make tea for them, since it’s in our culture back home for the woman to be in the kitchen. When I stand up to my manager regarding this, he asks me to stop being ill-mannered and go and fetch him a cup real quick.

I feel miserable here and have started looking for new positions elsewhere, however, can anyone give me tips to survive here until I can find something better? My main issue is that I’m 28 y.o and haven’t acquired any valuable skills to be able to confidently quit this job and find something instantly.

All advice and gossip is welcome. Thanks and have a lovely day/evening.
