Ghosting needs to stop

Hi guys, today was a very interesting day for me. So, a couple months ago I had gotten an interview (in person) with this temp agency. I got a contract and signed all the paperwork including employment. Well, the next couple days I had this UTI which actually ended up being a kidney infection which I had told them. After about a week or two of antibiotics I was healed and went back to them telling them that I was cleared to work by my doctor. After about a week or two of antibiotics I was healed and went back to them telling them that I was cleared to work by my doctor. The lady on the phone said “why did you refuse the contract we gave you?”, like I didn't, I had an infection and told this to you guys. That should've been red flag one. They offered me another contract for a packaging facility and I accepted, then they needed my references again and had to restart the whole process. For the next few months up to today, despite calling and asking what's going on and being told they'd get back to me I'd get nothing. Well, today I got another job and decided to leave a review explaining what happened and they tried calling me for the first time in months. I haven't answered them and I don't really want to. Does anyone else deal with this stuff? It honestly seemed like borderline retaliation for being sick.
