Company is asking us to install Drata and comply our device with Drata. Will I have to worry about my Whatsapp messages and Skype messages being interpreted by them?

I do a bit of side work. However, now I am starting to worry that my side work and hustles might be found out and company might take action. It is a fairly good company and I am happy so far. But what would be best way to approach this situation? Drata installation is must.
