We have a separate contract up here and it's significantly worse. The last contract was garbage but it's almost done, so I hope we follow the example of the teamsters in the states and get some significant raises. The last contract had the smallest raises we have ever agreed to at 80 cents a year. We got 2 additional raises due to high inflation around 11 cents each lol. Union dues are $88/month and come off of one cheque a month. Last year I grossed about 84k, I get 4 weeks paid vacation plus 6 paid days off (optional days), plus some paid sick days recently mandated by the Federal government (I forget how many).
