So basically I’ve been working at a lumberyard for the past year and they got bought out from a mega corp. (USLBM) that absolutely doesn’t care about pay for their workers, they were telling us we would get a raise in febuary, then postponed to april, then postponed again to july, the postponed to last week, which we actually got!! However, the raise was so insultingly low (.50¢!!!!!) that most of the good workers are either leaving, going part time, or retiring early. I myself just finished school for being an EMT but i still have to wait a little over a month to start (national test and purging THC). Anyways what’s the best way to get fired from a job and still be able to collect so I can start a side hustle and finally be able to afford to live.
