Hi all- here's my work history

08/2015-08/2017 Retail Pharmacy A – Pharmacy Technician (2 years) Quit because I moved

10/2017-10/2020 Retail Pharmacy B – Pharmacy Technician (3 years) Quit because I didn't want to work with the public during Covid

11/2020-03/2021 Telehealth company- Pharmacy Coordinator (5 months) Quit because it was a full time job irrelevant to my major

05/2021- graduated from college with a bachelors in business analytics

06/2021-08/2022 – Health System A – Financial Analyst (1 year 3 mos) Quit because I was being sexually harassed

10/2022-present – Health System B – Financial analytics role (~1 year) Moving out of state next month, have not quit yet. Boss is letting me work remotely but I want to move on.

I'm running into an issue right now where I'm applying to so many jobs and not getting a single call even for a phone screen, just straight up rejections. My current job is at a much more reputable company than my first job out of college, but when I was searching in late 2022 I was bombarded with interviews with F10s, had many job offers and my skills and experience were very in demand. I quit my first job without anything lined up and found something less than 2 weeks later. Now, I've been searching for months and can't even get a phone screen. Any tips? Should I take the 5 month role out of my resume and claim I took time off to focus on school? That company is also a really great one and I think it probably looks good that I worked there full time during undergrad. Thoughts? Are there too many red flags? I should also add I'm moving to a less populated blue collar city where there should be much less competition and I thought orgs would be desperate.
