Finally left but the insanity is still happening

I posted here a few months ago looking for recommendations and got some excellent advice. I don't post often and I'm not sure how to attach that post to this one but this is kind of an update, as well as a rant. The most important thing is, I got out. Old boss tried to force me back in the office with no warning. We couldn't find a situation that worked for us both. I couldn't stand the migraines, the heart palpitations, or constant need for her to be in control. She couldn't stand that she had no idea how to do the work I did or that I'd found out what my role was really worth. I purposely left before the end of a normal workday to have the greatest impact without saying a word. Haven't had a migraine since.
I've stayed local and started a similar job in office (it wasn't that I couldn't, I didn't want to there) and have heard even more about just how horrible she is. Most recently, she gsve a raise to the person meant to replace me, then TOOK IT BACK two weeks later because she didn't have the experience I did and they had to hire a third-party biller. That's not all of it, but its the worst I've heard so far.
The kicker – I ended up in another office with 2 therapists from that group (I'm an admin). They are amazing clinicians and both brought many clients with them. It was not planned at all, it just worked out kinda perfectly. Now the old boss is threatening the new boss as if posting job openings is a bad thing.
As a Clinician, you'd think she could see that she hits the literal DSM-5 definition of someone with narcissist personality disorder. There is a level of satisfaction watching from afar, but I hate knowing is still going on. Really disgusting capitalist greed at the expense of everyone else.
