I really need some advice. I moved to a new city for a job recently (in fact I’ve only been working for less than two weeks), but the management is absolutely horrendous and incredibly rude. My boss in particular is notorious for yelling and belittling her staff. Although I haven’t experienced the worst of her antics I feel incredibly stressed because it feels like anything I do can lead her to yell/ act condescending. I hate it their so much.
The question is, will leaving a note to quit hurt me further down the line?
I have a very noticeable speech impediment so it is very hard for me to articulate my frustrations with someone and quit face to face, but everyone tells me this is what I should do!
I have about 4 months of rent saved up so I have some time to look for a new job.
Has anyone else quit in a similar way? Have you experienced any ramifications?
