Rant here but over the last 2 months I have interviewed for 5 positions where I met requirements, asked below high end salary range, and not only was ghosted but they reposted the position. It is cool you did not choose me but how the hell do you need someome ASAP, waste mine and others and managers times to interview 6 or more people then decide you want a unicorn. Like, what even is this world?
