Does anyone else hate this? What is the purpose of uploading my resume if they are gonna make me answer all these questions? Job applications already feel like a waste of time and they know that they are gonna have to teach you what you need to do anyways. Also are they dumb enough to not realize that everyone is just answer based on what the employer wants to hear and not the truth.
