In October I’m flying away on vacation and two months ago I put in my vacation request (I have not received it back denied or approved yet) and now I’m finding out that my workplace is deciding to make that same week a blackout week nothing has been posted yet or they haven’t told the employees to be fair in October. There is usually a 4 day blackout but they’ve always told us months up to 3 to 4 months in advance and it could be any week in October and it’s not usually the same
week as the previous years! What should I do? Any advice is appreciated
