I work for a major for-profit healthcare company and just received an email asking employees to encourage their senators vote against universal healthcare.

Email claimed that the Primary Care & Health Workforce Act is dangerous and would destroy access to private health insurance. We were asked to call our senators to voice our opposition. I am a medical provider but fully support universal healthcare and will not be opposing this bill. Nearly every other country in the civilized world has this and is doing fine. We should join the party.
