A contract from a shady daycare I worked at in my early 20s

I made it almost 4 months. There was also a non compete clause that must’ve been separate. I tried to get fired then consulted a lawyer friend before quitting. Even had to deal with my bank/ rescind the permission I gave this employer to take money out of my account (they rationalized that would be if they overpaid me). I had a teaching degree when I accepted this position!
