My boss can’t afford to pay me more for the work I do but can take a 3 week vacation out of the country lol.
Constantly talks about how the business isn’t making enough money, goes on vacation. Talks about how we will have to shut down if the staff can’t get it together. (Because we are the ones responsible to make sure this ship stays afloat on our McDonald’s wage)
(The business loses money when the boss is gone because he makes a portion of the daily sales)
Meanwhile I’m sitting here and haven’t taken a vacation in 3 years because I’m poor.
I love how employers want to harp about money, how it’s everyone else’s fault but yet I’m the one sitting here and you’re the one traveling. Yeah ok buddy.
