I seriously believe my boss is trying to get rid of me rather than allowing me to transfer to another department as planned.
Our team was threatened with downsizing because we wanted to offload a time-consuming task to a different part of the team for whom it is much easier and quicker (that's whose role it was originally too) so we can focus on our primary tasks. Today I was again threatened with termination because of a very minor thing that doesn't even affect anyone and can be easily fixed. It wasn't my fault either.
When is enough enough to where you would just say screw it I'm done?
Oh and I've been told to stop talking about my planned transfer and not complain about bad management.
