So my Yearly hire date hits October 2nd and my 2 weeks of leave renews at that time. I have another job lined up on October 3rd and I’m quitting on the 2nd. The state of CA says that companies have to pay out accrued leave whether upon termination or resignation. Are there any concerns I need to worry about for them to not pay my leave out?
