Work, where happiness goes to die

I worked for a very crappy factory, on a two man production line. He was at the other end of the machine and we could not see or talk to each other. Could I have a chair to sit on-NO Could I have a radio to listen to-NO Could I have my earphones in-NO, as there might be a fire alarm, and you would not hear it. Could I have just one earphone then it-NO Could I at the very least, have a livable wage then, to motivate me-LOL-NO Ok then, bye, I will look for some where else…(and left) “THIS COUNTRY HAS GONE SOFT, NO ONE WANTS TO WORK” Maybe, just maybe, if you paid people a decent wage and treated then as , well, people, and not machines, you wouldn't have constant staffing issues. Maybe, just maybe, if you paid people a decent wage and treated then as , well, people, and not machines, you wouldn't have constant staffing issues.

If you are paying people, poorly, treating people poorly and actively working to make them unhappy, then don't have a shocked pikachu face, when they walk.
