I was so confused because I did the video interview questions and spoke with a recruiter and everything, and I’m already a full-time college student, which was on my application. When I told the manager that I thought it also said part-time on the online application, he was like, “Yeah, we’re working on taking that down. Sorry :(“ I tried my best to hide my anger but I couldn’t help the blank death stare I gave him LMAO. I just don’t know why the recruiter continued with my application if that was the case, and I feel like interviews should just be virtual or by phone knowing there’s that possibility of wasting your time, on both ends since companies don’t wanna waste any time they could be using to earn money..
To top it off, they called me an hour later when I had settled at home, but the caller ID said Sears so I didn’t pick up because Sears??? I found out it was actually them because they left a voicemail.
