Company always introduces new bonus structure to make it harder to get full bonus while using garbage system that doesn’t accurately track sales.

Every month we get some sort of update “you have to make x dollars in sales for your bonus,now you also have to get x amount of this type of sale,and you have to track how many people you talk to.” each sale that you get has a 50:50 chance of not tracking to you or anyone else because our pos(piece of shit) system wasn’t designed for the type of work we do. Why even bother trying if you get nothing for your work right?!
