My boss feels I should be helping out this coworker more by doing some of her work because she works a second job. This job is purely for over employment reasons so she can travel. Her travel adventures are something she brags about often at work (Good for her but has nothing to do with me). My husband and I have to work opposite schedules because we can't afford day care rates.
What is the best way to address this with both my boss and my coworker. I am not doing extra work so she can afford more vacations and I'm honestly beyond disgusted that my boss even suggested I should have pitty/be supportive of her second job.
