What would that look like, what kind of resources, capital, participation, etc. would be required? I know next to nothing about unions other than that their absence is killing us. As of data from a few years ago, I live in the second-to-last state in terms of union participation. I don't think there's a snowball's chance in hell that a union in the food & beverage industry will ever materialize in this state/region, but might as well arm myself with information… 🤷️
