So I injured my ankle at work(HVAC) I’m in the union so I let my boss know when I got hurt and went straight to ER I actually cut a tendon and needed stitches. Workman’s comp was approved, they put me on light duty within a week but job said there’s no work for me(can’t drive a car with bad foot) so after a month Dr finally releases me on full duty but now my company is saying work is slow and ther is no work for me and I’m getting laid off. Anything I can do? Or just fck em and move on.
