Senior management lives in the stone age, leaving employees to deal with it

I work for a large nonprofit and we are currently collecting signatures from fellow nonprofits for an initiative that we support. Instead of you know, making a Google form with the letter and having these nonprofits fill out their stuff, management (without my knowledge) put me as the point of contact for people to get in contact with to sign on their support for this initiative. It's making a whole half day of work, often extremely confusing and convoluted because of poor preparation and communication, to collect this information when they could've literally just put their shit in a google form. I'm not even a tech-y person. I barely know how to use Microsoft Excel. I'm also not the youngest person in my company anymore (I'm in my early 30s).
