This was my first job out of school, at a small organization. I've been doing the jobs of at least three people for over a year now. Hard work here is rewarded with more work and mistreatment. So many examples of poor management and bullying from the leaders. I went on medical leave for my mental health and returned while I tried to find a job. I was shunned by my boss (the leader of our organization) and one day they suddenly decided I was on their good side again. Well I'm handing in my two week notice tomorrow. I got a job that pays 10k more, twice the vacation days, work from home, less work, and good leadership from what I can tell so far.
