Change in return to office policy upon starting job

I started a new job recently and was told upon starting that the company is reviewing their work from home policy and we'll be required to go in three days a week. All through my interview process, I was told I would be required to go in once a week (though regrettably don't have anything stating this in my contract), and there was no mention of the company reviewing their work from home policy. Quite frankly, I wouldn't have accepted the job if I had known I'd be required to go in three days a week since I was previously working fully remote at a job I mostly enjoyed. The work seems interesting and the people seem great, so I would love to make it work, but I think three days a week is going to be really draining with the commute and all, and I feel a bit bitter…
