Title says all. I was not paid, complained about it, asked questions only to get evasive answers. I literally asked if there were delay payments in the previous months and the answers I got were “The circumstances were different” or “You can't make a conclusion based on past delays”. Like what I only asked a very simple question why the hell are you tip-toeing around it. Anyways I want public about it, asked the company wide group chat, to which the Finance Manager still said the same answer until someone spoke up and said they haven't been paid in months. Then the Manager replies “Ah yes I forgot that part” ???? Anyways they finally gave a reply somewhere along the lines of “We are waiting for new funding to come in as we expand our business” to which is replied TLDR: The company has some serious financial issues to which they replied “No, we are expanding by getting more fundings” before eventually being fired for 'harassment'. I literally just asked questions that were not answered, got slammed for 'harassment' and fired. Ngl, I feel quite free actually, like a burden was lifted off.
I'm also a subcontractor BTW so I do not have employee rights (for those of you wondering)
